US Senate Candidate Frederic Vidal is a write-in one who could not get his validation to be in November 2 ballot because his petition of 77 names included 42 signatures refused by the State of California. In 2010, Frederic Vidal was candidate for the US Senate as a Write-In candidate. His Petition of 77 Californians was refused by the Secretary of his State. Why?
