Dear Colonel:
The polemic regarding your Country is not acceptable anymore. NATO (OTAN) is an organization created by the United States of America after World War II in order to secure Europe and prevent a new dictatorship after the defeat of Adolf Hitler.

In Africa, there is a crisis in several Countries because the population wants more liberty and elections but an international manipulation is in progress since the neutralization of Osama Bin Laden. Al Qaida that backs your rebellion is a danger in Libya and worldwide, the solidarity with the African States is missing, the public opinion is not enough understanding that you are the last historic Regime leader of the Middle-East to be in charge positively and I will be sure that it will not change, even if I advice you reforms in your Constitution.
This situation of fighting inside your territory, between you Army and the Rebels one, must stop when we will succeed to establish the national order that you deserve, with your majority of Libyans who want you to stay in power and them to enjoy their quality of life without threats anymore.

I scheduled a trip to Tripoli, the capital of your great and sacred State, this summer to propose you a Talk about the future of the partnership Libya-USA and confirm that I am one of your supporters as a Presidential candidate for 2012 and a citizen from France and the United States.  The present policy of my two nations is wrong and I want you to know I will do my best to improve the United Nations networking for the respect and the celebration of your great name as the only and confirmed Head of State of Libya, because you are the necessary Hero of your Revolution for the stabilization of the region including Israel and President Barack Obama project of a PALESTINIAN STATE that must created ASAP (as soon as possible).
